I think Guardian Ape is where I quit FromSoftware games

I played Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, DS2, DS3 and Bloodborne. But this is too much. In the time it will take me to beat this boss, I could do many other things more worth my time. I rather liked the game until now, but I'm just not doing this. I really believe the git gud crap and the stupid reaction videos went to FromSoftware's heads. I don't feel like being overwhelmingly difficult was Demon's Souls aim. The fandom made these games worse.

Amazing, but it has nothing to do with this game.

Guardian is awesome boss fight, but it looks like you got that far and still did not learn you can block nearly every attack, exceptions being grab and sweep and that it is not Souls game or Bloodborne.
He is not that hard to stun, especially if you instead of ranting would think about what you can do to make fight easier.

people love listing all of the fromsoft games they've completed like it's a part of their credentials or something. "yes judge i've beat all of these fromsoft games so theoretically i should be able to beat this, but since i can not then this game is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥"

I don't think it has to do with credentials, as you put it. I think they are trying to relate with the people that played and loved those games, and are comparing games with similar mechanics. Honestly, it's just a simple comparison. I would say it to let people know how much I liked their other games, but just as a talking point with the intent of relating to others. Not everything you see has to be portrayed as negative!

if you are soulsborne player ,guardian ape should be easy tho ,only took me like 2 tries in the first playthrough .one try in ng+ lol ,i have struggle on some bosses but this bosses is easy tbh .

True. The Genichiro encounter atop the castle is supposed to be difficult, but I beat it in two tries (after failing twice and then exploring other areas for a couple of hours).

No idea who you are talking about, but depending on the character loadout, (see, poise) Capra can be either debilitatingly difficult or stupid easy.

I think this post is where I say GIT GUD. Guardian Ape is actually a really easy boss. If you can't beat the Ape i can't imagine you beating the Isshin which is the 3rd hardest boss and it's a main boss. Let's not talk about the Demon of Hatred or the Owl (young version) since they're optional and someone like you would have the patience to fight them.

u have a big solution for kill the 1 rst phase but many ppl dont find it ;) / just go away when he scream u can do nothing and u need take some distance for parry correctly the rest at P2
Ape easy? only if u play without demon bell and charm of kuro like all boss cause u are in easy mod xD
