Where to go after beating Guardian Ape?

I've been unable to figure it out. Some assistance would be much appreciated.

There are a few routes so it depends on where you are at, basically you need the flower from behind the great ape, the stone from behind Mibu village, and the sword from Senpou temple area.

did you go to the senpo temple to get the mortal blade?
then the last place would be throwing yourself down a bottomless pit

You have to get 3 items before returning to Ashina castle. The flower from after you beat the ape, the mortal blade from the Senpou temple boss, and the stone from Mibu village beyond the Ashina depths and shrouded forest.

Or going through the Serpent cave near the Ape, at the other end of the poisonous river.

Go to Ashina Reservoir, where you started the game.
Jump down into the well again and progress from there.

Or you could go to Ashina dungeon entrance. Watch out for a path leading to the left as you go through the tunnel.
