tracks are masterpieces even without playing the game. This soundtrack is better than most vanilla bloodborne score. Punch whoever tell you otherwise

Yeah I have no idea why this game gets bashed for poor music and story. I feel like Sekiro hits all the numbers in all spectrums. True Monk boss music is my absolute favorite.

Agree to disagree, Champloo music doesn't really fit Sekiro imo. Basilisk and even Naruto imo have plenty of tracks that sound a bit more appropriate.

You anime kids doesn't realise every single track in this game was designed accordingly to background ot the track. If it's epic in the start of Hirata Owl bossfight at first and sad in the last part since both of them are sad this fun is going to be over soon and most likely Sekiro won't see his master/dad again.. it's not random, it's all about context. So don't even try to say some anime ♥♥♥♥ with different context fits here better and all, respect Yukas work

There have been a few threads on the forums here complaining about the music, I thought it was kinda funny seeing this post and a post complaining about the music on the front page at the same time

Well like you say it depends on context, obviously you wouldn't have an upbeat or hype track play while Wolf is sad over killing Owl. Nobody is asking for that.

Really? I think's not great but it's far from generic.

It's not bad, but it's not as memorable as other games, and I'm baffled that OP can even compare it to the phenomenal OST Bloodborne had.

It's kinda like DS2 soundtrack. Not bad but nothing special or stand-out.

This is kinda how I feel on it. It does its job, it fits the game. It’s fine, but nothing really special. Off the top of my head the only boss music I can remember from the game is the Divine Dragon stuff, mostly because that fight was just so beautiful in general
