Sekiro's OST is incredibly generic, what the hell are you talking about. The only memorable track in the entire game is the Corrupted Monk theme
It's not bad, but it's not as memorable as other games, and I'm baffled that OP can even compare it to the phenomenal OST Bloodborne had.
It's kinda like DS2 soundtrack. Not bad but nothing special or stand-out.
