Red Lump

So I have 3 red lumps and a academic red lump. It says something that is gives me red eyes and stops flinching but also prohibits resurrections.

What does that mean?

Havent tried it but no flinching means enemy attack will not interupt your attack and the other thing is a no brainer

No, it means when the enemy hits you that you do not stagger/pause briefly or recoil (most of the time) so you can keep wailing on the enemy without interruption. Usually, against strong enemies you take to much dmg for this to be relevant but in some rare cases this may actually work out allowing you to spam and stagger lock a specific boss or mini-boss.

tried using a red lump on a boss fight. Didn't help at all, because you really want to be deflecting a hit instead of powering through it. I can only see it being helpful when fighting most regular enemies when they are backed up by ranged units

It means you won't flinch when attacked but your resurrection powers are gone for the duration.

It's mostly useless because enemies typically kill you in so few hits anyway, just power armoring through hits will usually get you killed in moments.

The red lump really needs to give you a defense boost as well to be worth using, like Iron Flesh from Dark SOuls
