Sekiro™: Shadows Die Twice

I have a few questions(Spoilers End Game)
1. What exactly is a Shura
2. Why the sculptor wanted to be a Shura.
3. Why do we see sekiro in the place of sculptor in normal ending.
4. Who was the other Shura Emma & Isshin were talking about.
5. What was owl's motive to forsake kuro.
6. In the last boss fight, Isshin pops out of genichiro...what isshin means by "his(genichiro) last wish"...was it really isshin or something created by rejuvenating water as isshin was already dead.

In short, I am confused with basically everything. So, I highly appreciate if someone explains the story to me^^(I didn't get the other endings yet)

I'd suggest waiting for a Vaati video on all this, but the gist of it is:

A Shura is more akin to a demon than a human: They kill not for a goal or a duty, but for the joy in it. In the Shura ending, Sekiro crosses the line to become a Shura due to him siding with Owl who's going for a big powerplay in taking over Ashina, encouraging even more bloodshed.

His motivations are having his near-immortal son side with him and take over Ashina from both warring parties. Since Sekiro can't really die, no one else is bound to the Divine Heir's oath, and due to the whole process being irreversible except with the Mortal Blade that Sekiro already has, and no one else can use it anyway...That's a big boon to Owl.

We know nothing about the other Shura that is mentioned, but both Emma and Isshin are certainly aware of the threat one can cause, especially an immortal one.

1. Just a person who succumbs to violence and fighting for the sake of it.
2. He didn't want to. He almost became one because of his violent nature but then Isshin defeated him and chopped off his hand.
3. Just like the sculptor before him, Sekiro atones for his misdeeds and tries to calm the wrath in his heart now that he doesn't have a purpose in life anymore.
4. It was the sculptor.
5. Owl never followed Kuro, he's been scheming all along. It's just a guess how far his plans went but it's clear that he always planned to take the Dragon Heir's power and use it for his own gains.
6. Genichiro wielded the Black Mortal Blade, which has the ability to open a door to the underworld. When he killed himself he offered his blood to return Isshin to life, in hopes that he could reunite Ashina in Genichiro's stead. So yes, it was really Isshin.

Thanks, another question. What exactly is the "Shrine Maiden" before the divine dragon...after killing the dragon if you return back there..it says "Shrine maiden is sleeping peacefully or something like that)

I'm not entirely sure on this one, but it's probably the lady who was pressed up against the rock in the shrine that warps us to the dragon. She could be sleeping peacefully after we fought the dragon and quelled its rage? Maybe she also wished for Immortal Severance? This one is more ambiguous

I don't think there's any lore on the shrine maiden. She's just chilling out there, doing whatever shrine maidens do in that palace.

I think the theory is that she's Lady Tomoh, who went after the same thing Sekiro is, but she did not have the Mortal Blade and probably failed against the Dragon.

That's the best I've got, anyway. Don't think there's hard information one way or another.
