That being said i got a mixed breed potato/non-potato PC, so i dont wanna risk optimizing it and wasting time. and frankly its a lot easier for me to boot up a PS4 and pop in BB, so Im getting it on hard disc.
I forgot about that, im hoping theyll be sufficiently awesome enough to replace the Bb theme ive had for like four years lol.
Abundance of hackers on PC was the only reason I very strongly considered getting DS3 on PS4. On PC, I had to block tens, if not hundreds of players on Steam. On PS4, hackers do exist, I have heard, but much less frequent, my friends tell me. As hackeds face perma ban from PSN itself not just soft ban like DS3 on PC.
If Sekiro had multi player component, I would have more likely bought Sekiro on PS4.
If you want to pick it up for "cheap" then get it on PS4 since the PC version will likely cost more in the long run (so physical PS4 version will be cheaper than the digital PC version). Dark Souls 3 was like this where the PS4 version was "dirt cheap", you could get the game and DLC for about $25 USD where on PC it still cost over $30 USD and that's because the game was still selling so well on PC that there was no point in Bandai's eyes to lower the price lower to get more people to buy it. The PC version of Dark Souls 3 out sold the PS4 version by something like a million copies, something similar might happen again
If a game that I want to play has extra DRM on the PC, I buy it on the PS4. That being said, to answer the OP's question: PC if something like Denuvo isn't present, and PS4 if it is. (Although I don't see an Activision game having Denuvo, which makes me happy.)
I'd wait for release to see what people have to say about it, you should never pre-purchase games.
I encountered more hackers in DS on 360 than i did on PC PMSL
