Is “One Mind” required for the achievement?

I’m at NG+ and up to the decision. Was wondering if for the all skills achievement. Do you need the Shura ending skill for the achievement?

While I'm not sure personally, you should probably do Shura anyway just so you get the Shura achievement too.

You need Shura either way for the ending achievement and Man Without Equal.

With save scumming you can do those and then reload the save to continue getting the lapis.
My point being, should I have all skills before shura ending so that I unlock it with One Mind. Or can I do the ending. Save scum and grind in the other endings alongside getting the last lapis
