Blocked off areas?

So I am toward the end of the game and I notice that some areas are blocked. Why? I mean I wanted to go through these areas to see if I missed anything but it looks like I can't go back through them.

in short, things happened in that areas and there are new enemies there and also some general changes

if you missed something there earlier it might be gone for good now

Edit, you can get in there tho, it's not like they are completely locked away

Well there only 3 areas in Ashina Outskirts area that I can't get to. But if you know how to get there please let me know?

If you mean your idols are suddenly inactive then you just have to go through the area again and unlock them. There will be new, stronger enemies and some more loot.

So Ashina Outskirts, Outskirts wall and Ashina Castle are blocked. I just haven't found a way to get in any of those area.

You could try warping to an idol that you could back track to where you want to go.

I did that, some how they put a barrier in my way.

Is everything on fire? Since either way the entirety of Ashina Castle can be unlocked again, you just have to make your way to the idols again. If stuff is on fire then certain parts of the beginning of the game are completely blocked off from what I could see.

The outskirts, gate path, and gate fortress idols don't exist anymore once the red bois invade.

The rest you can unlock again, but the very last one is frankly pointless, so no worries.

FYI. Any important item you were missing will be delivered to the box next to Hanbei the Immortal. I got one of my skill scroll, which I didn't buy from Blackhat Badger before he died, there.
