Accidentally attacked friendly NPC named Doujun
I accidentally attacked a friendly NPC that gives you "Surgeon's Bloody Letter" in a cave full of bugs and old people that have a neck biting fetish. Is there a way to make him friendly again? I haven't killed him i just ran away in hopes to be able to regain a friendly relationship

As far as I know, no. There is no way to make him friendly again.

His questline is optional anyway so you may as well leave it to NG+.
