Missable prayer beads/skill trees?
I just got to the point in the game where (spoilers) things change at Ashina castle, and now I noticed that general dude who stands out front of the gate with a bunch of riflemen is gone. Im pretty sure I forgot to get him because the chest next to him was unlooted. Does that mini-boss appear elsewhere or did I just miss it?

Also Tengu of Ashina, the guy who gives you skill trees, is no longer in the great serpent shrine. Did I miss getting the second skill tree he gives after learning a secret art?

Really hoping there isnt a bunch of crucial items that can be so easily missed, its stupid.

The only thing that can be missed are 2 beads, and that only happens if you do not go for the 2nd best ending where you have to explore the second memory of Owl/Sekiro. There 2 Beads will be dropped from bosses.

If you didn't talk to Tengu then Emma will impart the knowledge of the skillbook to you.

They're gone. I believe you will have to get them in NG+. These items are finite throughout the game, and only the ones you have not yet looted will reappear during NG+.

Wait, which skillbook are you referring to? Im talking about the second one, not the ashina one. And I talked to Emma and she didnt say anything or give me anything.

And two different answers that conflict eachother, which one is it? I havent even fought owl yet and dont plan on doing that ending, but the mini-boss general is definitely NOT there anymore.

Classic From game, where you can screw up quests even with a guide because they are so obtuse and a lot of steps make no sense and then you lock yourself out of content until you restart.
