Hidden Tooth glitch
After killing Hanabei, he drops the item, but when I get close it never highlights to be picked up.
I tried to rest and quiting the game. But the item is in the floor and can't be picked.

Nope, but for some reason I thought that his drop was like an item from the world, and not like an item drop.
