yeah the game is actually waaaaaay easier. It's jsut the learning time at the begining is harder but once you got it it's just easy af

Id say Bloodborne is harder. But nevertheless they are pretty close.

it can be harder or easier depends how much upgrades you collect before, but one thing is for certain it sure is hell of a lot more fun

I've not played Bloodborne, but I found DS1-3 a lot easier. Often you could cheese bosses with unique builds, and you could spam roll to avoid attacks until you found an attack pattern. In Sekiro some would say you spam dodge and parry a lot, but unlike rolling in DS if you mess up a parry you lose a big chunk of your health. Dodging in Sekiro does little most of the times since their are bosses that jump across the whole map during their attacks.

yeah the things they want you to learn are different, a flat comparison is unfair. What can be said is anyone with Souls muscle memory and tactics will have a more frustrating time as if they lean on that experience it WILL fail them, they need to do some un-learning. This game was intended to play different so you go in expecting souls it punishes you.

Your kidding right? Bloodborne and Souls are leaps and bounds easier. You can avoid ANY attack by dodging at the right time (a rather large window compared to Sekiro). In Souls you can get asinine amount of i-frames from high adaptability in 2 or low equip weight in 3.

Sekiro you dont level up, have WAY less tools to heal and fight. In DS1 and Bloodborne you get 20 healing items and each one heals way more than healing gourd. You get ranged weapons, magic, buff items that actually last longer than 20 seconds like in Sekiro, etc. You get summons, both NPC and other players, you can upgrade your gear and have special builds that wreck everything.

Sekiro is incredibly more difficult. Prosthetic tools are total bunk, even the highest upgrade paths do negligible damage to anything. There are only a few enemies in the ENTIRE game each one is useful for. You cant do builds since there are hardly any RPG mechanics, so you have far less options.

never understood this statement. I have never in my life of Soulsborne player, 1st tried so many bosses blind as on BB. Easiest title from Fromsoft by far. I do think Sekiro is the hardest though.

I actually agree, although I had souls experience prior to BB. I went into BB expecting some hardcore stuff but.. it genuinely was not even that bad.

Aside from the DLC, I think people overestimate how difficult it is.

Those hunter NPC's ARE brutal though.
Being a professional gamer and having very good reaction speeds, I find all of the games easy. I honestly completed Sekiro (on other account) and wondered if I'd accidentally picked Easy difficulty.

Probably the easiest game of the last few years, tbh. The Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy was harder.

If you get the mechanics down I'd say it is considerably easier. People who are having trouble learning the combat will find it brutal though

Nah. Get pitted against two ninjas in a tight space like inside Ashina castle and we'll see how "easy the game is when you get the mechanics". I swear, this encounter was one of the worst in the game.
