Which ending is the best of true ending?

or assuming there is none, which ending requires you see the most content of the game? cause thats the one i want to go for

Purification has the most content for.

In From standards there's a Bad, Neutral, Ehh, and Okay ending in terms of tone.

If you want to see the MOST content what you would do is all of the steps required for those latter endings and then make a final choice of which one when the time comes.

Technically you can do both at the same time and just decide at the end which one you want to get. Purification has additional bosses while Return has nothing you don't see whilst going for the standard ending, except for the animation when you kill the second snake.

Return is the true ending. Both wolf & the female dragon child pregnent with Kuro went to find dragons in the west.

Ending A: Kuro dies, Wolf becomes a new sculptor.

Ending B: Wolf dies, Kuro loses immortality and leaves Japan, promising to live his life to its fullest.

Ending C: Kuro's spirit is moved into the Divine Child, and she goes to China with Wolf to bring the dragon blood to where it belongs.

Ending D: Wolf goes insane and murders everyone.

Yes. The game literally asks you what you want to do at the very last moment.

I feel like, given that this does seem to be at the very least a similar timeline if not same timeline as bloodborne (the whole power of blood thing, divine creatures that are possibly just great ones, ect.) I suspect that a sequel to either game could give us a more cannon answer
