Resolutions?

In the resolution options it only goes up to 1920x1080 for me Iv heard people say they are playing on 1440p or 4K but for some reason the screen resolution only goes up to 1080 even though I have a 4K monitor is this bugged or can you not go higher than 1080?

I can go up to 4K if I play it on my TV.

Yes you can. Are you in windowed or fullscreen? I am playing at 3440x1440 right now, but I also tried it out on my 4k tv with HDR by plugging my PC into it.

Shows fine for me. There's a GraphicsConfig.xml file in
C:\Users\[username][\AppData\Roaming\Sekiro

that you can edit and maybe get it that way. Should show up in the options menu though if your on a 4k monitor set at 4k.

Yeah I’m playing on my 4K tv, can play 4K on division, metro exodus etc but this game doesn’t show any option above 1920x1080 for some reason

Make sure if you go into Nvidia Control panel you have your resolution set to 4k at the desktop. Then launch the game.

I’m playing in full screen but checked and windowed doesn’t show any other option and yeah I have my Nvidia control panel res set to native 4K

Hmm maybe try a reboot just to see if that helps? Not sure what else might do it.

Think I know what the problem is, my driver need an update and for some reason because they need an update it’s chnaged my resolution back to 1080 with no 4K option and when I first updated them it added the 4K resolution so should fix the problem but don’t know why it got rid of the option in first place considering yesterday I playing metro on 4K cheers for your help guys
