Timid maid blood sample

So I need to get a blood sample from her and there is no option when talking to her. It just says do nothing, no one else but her has contracted the sickness so what am I supposed to do? Do I keep dying until the mob gets it instead?

After that, I believe you have to rest and talk to her again when she moves back outside.

I think she did, but I killed lady butterfly shortly after so whatever at this point, I´ll just do shura and reset the game again, it´s still a strange bug of sorts though, emma even asked me to get that blood sample but I simply could not.
