grappling hook doesn't work, and I can't play the game

I have a problem with Sekiro, i can't use the grappling hook for no reason, i tried to comunicate the activision support but they didn't give an answer yet. Could someone help me?

It seems you try to use the tool of the prostetic arm but you have no tool so far.

The grappling hook is a separate key.
Check your key bindings!

Hook is always aktive and dont need to be equipped

Are you sure you are pressing the right button? Its the left trigger on a gamepad, but it looks like you are pressing the right trigger.

Yes, I'm pressing the left buttom, I checked many times, I believe it is a bug or something, I also tried to load a new game, and download Sekiro once more, but nothing changes.

Are you using a gamepad and if so which one? Did you check in the options that the button is not remapped? And did you try other buttons?

Try with kb&m and see if you have the same problem.

I am using a gaming keyboard , CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2, ( bought a few days ago and is in perfect condition), and I've already tried with another buttons twice.

Well thats really weird.
You could post Screenshots from the settings.

But as long you sure grappling and tool use are bound to different keys it wont help either.

You are changing the button for prosthetic tool there, not for grappling hook. That's two slots further down, bound to "F".

I pressed the wrong buttom, only that. in my defense i'm new at this game and the instrutions are for xbox controller so it is hard to understand, but thank for trying to help me.
