capped at 30 fps

i got a 1050 ti nvidia user and i set all my graphics to low. i can't seem to go about 30 fps in game an its rly hurting my gameplay. I'm able to play other games like tekken, DMC 5, and overwatch on low graphics an reach to at least above 60 fps when playing. Can someone help me fix this, is this an optimization problem with teh game itself, or do i need fix my graphics card or something?

have you been messing with Nvidia control paner lately? Seem like a lock on thingy is happening. And i can only think of nvidia control panel, if you havent checked it yet then you should go to control panel setting and check. For 1050ti should handle this game at 60 FPS at low without too much problem.

got a 1060 3gb and run the game smooth at 60 fps on high settings

what exactly am i checking for in nvidia control panel?

fk it, no solution i found have works an im tired of fkin googling every fix to 30 fps cap all of which havent done jack to fix the problem. ima just refund this game an find a better one.

have you got multiple monitors ? try unpluging them all exept one and see how it goes, iirc the game have trouble with monitors that don't have hdr or have hdr.
I personaly have to unplug my tv to be able to play everytime, give it a shot
