World Changes over time (Depths) *spoilers*

So I am in NG++ now and went to the Ashina Depth first this time. I then found out that the Ashina Depths are a bit different at that point. The Snake Eyes Pond is not destroyed (probably by the Headless Ape). So the trigger for that is most likely killing Guardian Ape?

What triggers the Phantom Enemies to show up. For example if you return to the Abandoned Dungeon an Elite Samurai Phantom shows up and I think there was another region where Tengu Phantoms showed up that did not show there before. My next guess would be that the Tengu Phantoms in Mibu Village and at the entrance to the Sunken Valley also don't always show up depending on when you get there.

I also found out after looking at the wiki now that there is a connection to the Dephts from the Passage passt the Serpent Cave. I always just used the homeward idol after getting the dried Serpent Viscera.

Yes, the guardian ape reorganizes the poison pool room when he retreats there.

The ghosts all spawn based on time of day, which is gated by progress. Some begin to spawn when Ashina castle is in its second phase (attacked by interior ministry) and more will spawn when it's in the third phase (burning).

The trigger for the ghosts is wherever you went first. Get the stone first and they will appear in sunken valley. Get flower first and there will be some in the depths.

Thats why I always go mibu first. So I can do the second ape fight whenever I want.

There arent many locations with ghosts so it doesnt matter a lot.

phantom units appear depend on your proggress I believe
something like what area you got 2nd-3d staff for Kuro from
with different playthroughs there was damned samurais or easy mibu mobs

I new the part up to the part past the snake. I took the snake blocking the part you came from as a hint to warp home since you are done there. Instead it is a hint to look for a way forward. Which I did not now up until reading it in the wiki after beeing surprised, that the area is different other than no ape beeing there.

The time of the day thing makes sense. I thought someone must create them but both theories I had didn't make sense. It can't be the Mist Noble because they can appear both with the noble living and beeing dead. The second theory would be the True Corrupted Monk beeing aware of you and creating them but there is also no connection gameplay wise and well they stay there even after killing it.

EDIT: and now I read the loading screen that basically tells you that vengefull spirits start to appear at twilight. I had that before but did not link it to any in game events.

There is a good spot for early farming xp (If its your first play through )at the far Buddha statue in poison pool with a lone cannon man giving over 300 xp.

i was never able to get my monkey to survive that long, how in the world do you get the monkey there ( i just let the snake kill me and revived to walk past him lol)

the monkey is already inside the cave ...you don't need to get one from outside lol

Yeah, when you get to the final pillar before the little shrine, the snake's face is to the right, there's a bit on the left with a cowering monkey with its back to you.

You puppetteer that guy, run back to the pillar, and get past when the monkey distracts the snake.
