KB&M is fine. It's not the best experience (as far as intuitiveness) but the controls on their own work as expected.

Use whatever you like. I use k+m only, most use controllers...you know, whatever you like

I also use Kb&M, don't know if i can play with controller as when i tried with DS3 it didn't feel as comfortable for me. But yea all the bindings are where it makes sense and you can have keyboard prompts. So yea go ahead and use Kb&M.
im also a child of KB and M since i was born. But now im a man with Controller, it will be a whole new experience, feel strange at first, but when you get used to it, you wont want to comeback to gaming by KM and M anymore. Im not saying that play games by using KM and B is bad, if you are playing competitive then KB and M is a must but if you can then i think for casual and pure enjoyment, controller is the best.

People need to move away from the idea that KB+M is the one and only way to play a game on PC. It isn't. One of the big advantages you have on PC is that you can use pretty much any input device you want to use.

That being said, I think KB+M will do just fine. FromSoftware has gotten a lot better with their PC ports compared to Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition. They even thought about showing the keyboard button prompts. In their last game before Sekiro, only Xbox buttons would show no matter what you've used.

That's a common misconception and you'll know that once you see players playing competitive games with a controller and doing really well. Some just can't do well with KB+M, just like some can't do well with a controller.

The main problem with k&m imo is that the camera autorecenters when you're moving, preventing you from being able to look to the side or behind you, but you can fix it with a mod on pc (fps unlocker).

There is a setting to disable this, no need for mod

Is it a .ini setting or something?

It is not it ?

He wants to disable camera auto re-center. That has nothing to do with the auto target lock on options. Basically, his camera is rotating when his character is moving around instead of remaining static, basically recentering itself to face the direction of movement.

I agree!

I use PAD from PS4 Dual Shock4 v2! And it is best PAD for me! I even used Gyro for Camera Control in Nier Automata! It was really good trick :nier_resistance:

On PC you can have Driving Wheel with pedals etc... For racing games.

Plenty of Mouses and Keyboards...

Joysticks for Flight Simulators... Everything you wish for!

:lunar2019coolpig:

And games from consoles for me are designed for PADs and better played with them!
