What has been your saddest moment(s) so far? [SPOILERS]
While playing through Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and watching countless videos and playthroughs. I can surely say that the saddest moment for me was seeing the Feeding Attendants reaction and unfortunate outcome after you present him with the Great White Whisker. And if I was to know this before I gave the Colored Carp the poisoned bait I probably would've decided not to kill it. Either way, I didn't expect Sekiro to actually have any sad moments like this. Seeing how the game was rumoured to be a little different from previous From Software titles. That aside, I am aware of all the other encounters where NPC's might or might not have died. I do have to say that seeing the Feeding Attendants reaction took me by surprise.

I'd say the Sculptors outcome is quite special as well, but I saw that from a video first so I already knew about that...

What is your saddest moment(s) from the game as of right now or overall?

I agree, seeing the Feeding Attendant being super worried and sad about his master really made me feel bad. Personally, the moment that got me the most was seeing Ashina burning with soldiers just sitting around doing nothing, some even being visibly frightened and the big Taro troop just aimlessly wandering around while crying / being sad and depressed.

It makes me wish that I could actually fight back the invasion and save Ashina.

Honorable mention: The moment you deathblow Emma in the Shura ending.

Saddest moment for me by far was right at the end of Anayama the Peddler's questline, when he's basically been robbed and fatally wounded by Interior Ministry soldiers, and Kotaro is lying dead next to him ... he says something like "the big guy is just having a nap" - that really got me for some reason. And also when he says that he will turn the one Sen that you give him for the Promissory Note into a fortune.

I agree about the Feeding Attendant though - was also a very sad moment.

Crazy monks experimenting on children. This sounds double wrong xD
People made addicted to parasite infested water. Look at them all in Mibu village, ready to lynch the town priest.
The divine child visiting her dead friends for company.

It may not have been a sad part, but, along with the satisfaction of defeating him, I felt some disappointment when that last red dot appeared on Sword Saint Isshin. I'd been having so much fun learning the fight, and learning all the fights before him, and now it was over.

I need to get a controller so I can play Dark Souls.

A shinobi animal abuser, terrorizing cows with loud firecrackers. The poor cow runs into a wall, knocked out and severly injured. Tied burning straw on its head was not abusive enough? And in true Japanese fashion all the fish must die.
my saddest moments are when the block\parry button on my controller decides that it doesn't want to work half way through a boss fight.

That's for me the happiest ending, the grin on my face when sekiro became a god and went on a rampage, disregarding life, just a god and his blade
