Having more health means they killed more mini bosses by progressing through Ashina outskirts more and coming back to Hirata later.
shuriken

she's done
And even when you come back to her later, it's really just the health advantage that makes it easier. She has one of the toughest movesets to consistently avoid damage from - especially phase two when she adds those damaging butterflies to her basic toolkit.
One tip, if you're determined to see it through: having the skill that allows you to do a follow up slice after a shuriken throw from the prosthetic skill tree will be a big help in this fight. The snapseeds are optional, by the way - I've actually hardly ever used them in this fight. I don't think they make a massive difference.
But you can still just run around after all of those ilussions turn in to butterflies.
