Return Ending bugged ??

I've tried to give her the snake hearts , and after that I proceed to take the flower after guardian ape and trigger owl story.
After I beating owl, I return to the inner sanctum and the door is still locked. my girl is still sick.
SO atm i thought my story proceed not enuf .. so I went to fight the owl(father) memory sht, (I didn't kill him yet) but the door is still closed.
Do I need to go fountainhead so the door will open? I saw some gameplay and tutorial thing, all of them can obtain the frozen tear before going to fountainhead tho .. what to do ?

Try resting at the dilapitated temple, if that didn't work, beat owl father. If that didn;t work also, beat True Corrupted Monk at the fountainhead palace.

It shouldn't be. I just did a base vitality/posture run with the Return ending yesterday. It's SUCH a finicky questline though so I recommend simply using the "Sekiro endings" walkthroughs to properly get the steps done.

might need to re-load the area a couple of times, that usually helps with stubborn questlines.
i seem to remember that the homeward idol worked for that purpose

I re-load the area for like 8-9 times already, still the same.
also made some fake travellin to other places is not changing anything

why I said this is because I keep asking the rice over 5-7 times,until she's not sick with it. After that I gave her the snake's heart before fighting with owl1 , without continuing the dialog.
After owl1 fight, I proceed the dialog and it become this situation.

Dont remember exactly, but she is available again, after beating real corrupted monk/divine dragon.

You didn't screw anything up. As others have said, you can't get frozen tears until you've beaten true monk; the game is just waiting for your progression to catch up.

The only point of no return for either ending is if you finish Fountainhead Palace's final boss and haven't exhausted all steps that involve Emma, Sculptor, or Kuro, because they won't advance any quests after that point for various reasons.

yey i got that after beating true monk.... thanks
