I'll take that as a "It doesn't matter."
Tried it out just now. Took a while to get used to, but it works good.
kb+m is better for reaction in my oppinion, when you really focus on the enemy and his attacks.
If you fight some enemies / bosses with more agile tactic like hit and run, (what i would recommedn for some enemies) controller would be better since it gives better conroll of camera and surroundings.
Mostly kb+m should be better.

They actually put effort into making sure kb&m work, and it actually works really well.
