Man Without Equal Not Unlocking? (FIXED)

I got to NG+4 with each ending finished, every boss defeated, and all of their remnants in my inventory, yet the "Man Without Equal" achievement of defeating every boss hasn't unlocked for me. I have been trying to 100% this game for a while now but this achievement just hasn't unlocked and I'm wondering if anyone knows why? I even went on to Fextra to count how many remnants I was supposed to have. There were 14 listed for 14 bosses and I have 14 remnants in my inventory. I am a bit disappointed as this would have been my first ever game I 100%'d (except one with one achievement) and I don't want to lose it all over a glitch.

EDIT: I gained the achievement after I loaded a save file from Nexusmods that was ready for NG+ with the Return ending and proceeded to speedrun through the Shura ending. A bit of a cheat, but I already had done all the endings and bosses on one save file, so I might as well try and fix this achievement in another one already started. Thanks for trying to help!

there are only 2 endbosses. n nothing more is requiered.

fire isshin, if you tell owl to stick with the shinobi rules
and
isshin sword saint, if you choose to help kuro

both have to die on the same save slot, means 1 on NG 1 on NG+

If think you got all of them and still don't get the achievement, it's probably achievement bug.
Did you install Special K mod in your game folder? try uninstall it and any other mods.
Try trigger an achievement, like when you first get Kusabimaru.
If it still doesn't work, you have to start a fresh new game.

Not to bring up an old post but I have this problem on PC. I didn't get to the true corrupted monk in Fountainhead until after the patch was released. I have beat him 3 times and no achievement. He is one of the bosses you have to get the achievement for in order to get Man Without Equal. I have every single other boss. I have no mods. Nothing like that. I see a number of other post when I search about this so it looks like a bug. There is no way I am starting a new game just to fight my way to the corrupted monk. Sorry. I recorded the fight. I have a save file I can load anytime and I can go to fountainhead to fight him. So, I submitted a ticket and we will see what Activision says. I can provide them proof and maybe they can magically give me the achievement. They will probably want a copy of my saved game file.

Just so you know, I fixed this, and I'll tell you how. I downloaded a save file ready for NG+ with the Return ending off of Nexusmods. I then started NG+ and went for the Shura ending. It took me one sitting because I speedrun it and the Shura ending is the quickest you can get. Yeah, it's an inconvenience, but at least it worked. Do you want the link to the files?

He counted Emma in the list, but she does not count as a boss as she is technically part of the Isshin Ashina fight in the Shura ending, so it is actually 14. The game counts the remnants in your inventory for whether or not you defeated a boss and there are only 14 remnants in the game. Counting Emma as a boss fight is like counting Way of Tomoe before Sword Saint; they are not separate boss fights but the same one, the first character only being like a pre-fight.
