Just after the chained ogre, in the first floor there is a door which does not open from that side
how do you get to the other side

A little further, behind the shrine with the text about killing undead, you need to do some parkour and grappling. That leads to a small cave area, which has another way upwards which allows you to grapple to the location you're referring to.

I have gone past thge psot toward the headless
and i cant find it

The answer is you don't go through the door. Look around,see there's a broken bridge that leads to the other side? Theres a small platform on the bottom left side. Jump down and proceed

I don't have a video, but if you go past the headless without dropping down to where it is, grapple all the way to the top of the next area and there will be a grapple point on a nearby cliff that leads to the opposite side of the door.
