P.S. I have now few copies of my save file after I read here that this corruption happens... You have. Dragonrot in Real Life 😉
I found it on Reddit.
One guy said in the comments that the third save has a different offset, but I tried the procedure using his instructions and couldn't make it work.

From Software Support:
"If your inquiery is about overseas versions of our games, please contact the publisher in your region. "
If you are Japanese go here:
https://www.fromsoftware.jp/jp/faq.html
If you have your game from Activision, go here:
-> https://support.activision.com/Contact_Us?p=2&w2cp=2
Yes, I do have the backup one. But not sure if I can restore using it.
I'll contact Activision's address
"Illegal Request
You have sent us an Illegal URL or an improperly formatted request."
That is certainly strange, because the link is working for me.
Anyways, just go to the official Activision website and you should be good to go.
The Activison support is pretty baseline.
You can try to reach out to them via
a) Twitter
b)Facebook
In my personal opinion though, this isnt going to do much.
Specifically for a problem like yours. (savefile)
The chance that someone from the community can help you is a thousand times higher in this particular case.
Since you already tried that fix, which seemed not to work out, the options are very slim.
If i stumble across a solution i will post it here. (cant make any promises)
a) https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/274
Its a savegame helper mod and might fix it. (Not sure though, but its worth a try)
The second solution is pretty simple:
You get the Height of Technique Archievment trough this savefile of a user on Nexus Mods.
Full Description is provided.
Here is the link:

Probably I will not be able to recover my save. This may be the only option.
