Owl Father (last chance to fight him?)

So i'm in my first NG+ and i missed the second Hirata in the first run.

So whats the latest point i can fight him to get the flower?
I want as many Memories and beads as i can get before i wanna even try him.

Apperantly he ist one of the hardest bosses and i didnt even fought him in normal mode.

His older self gave me enought trouble today :D

He isnt that part tbh. His moveset is completely more complex than any of the other bosses and his health is quite high. I think he has like around 10-12 movesets

In terms of beads, if you manage to get most of the beads, then by the time you reach him, you should have all 10 beads

In terms of memories, I am not sure whether you can still do his quest after the divine dragon but just play safe and do before slaying the divine dragon. Besides if you do decide to go after the divine dragon, you only have 2 memories more before fightning him UNLESS maybe you could also finish Inshin and then backtrack to Owl but like I say, I'm not sure. I just did mine before the divine dragon

AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE BELL GIVEN TO YOU BY EMMA

You can fight him up until the final boss. You can literally fight them back to back.

I asked the same question a few weeks ago for the same reason you're asking. And I fought him right before I started the final boss.

get the bell before you face the dragon, then you can pretty much do everything before isshin to max the stats

I allready killed everyone in hirata except him and the last idol is open again.

i can confirm you can fight him just before Isshin the Sword Saint.
I got the tree branch now and goingt to fight Issin next.
