Kusabimaru Tanto or Shinobigatana mod?

Is there a mod out there that alters the mesh to make the Kusabimaru shorter? Traditionally, shinobi didn't have full-length katanas and it feels silly.

It's bad enough that I don't get a kusarigama utility with the grappling hook, and worse still there's no makibishi shinobi prosthetic or even just a consumable item.
