I would advise you to just fight the bull, it's not that hard of a battle if you know how to react to his attacks and you need the experience, because the game won't get any easier.
Always remember, you have to parry him, not evade. Evade will only get you killed! Just block his attacks when he storms towards you, stand your ground
and don't flinch.
There is also a trick that you can pull in any situation to not lose any of your stuff if you die. If you die the first time in a bossbattle and you think that you won't defeat the boss, just resurrect, pause the game and close to the main menu. Then, if you continue the game, you will spawn in front of the Bossfight area with all your stuff intact.
Oh and by the way, you don't lose your spirit emblems if you die, you just lose gold and XP.
I suppose I only have all this spare cash because I farmed XP for a particular upgrade skill. I have all the coin purses possible bagged.
Maybe I should just think that I will make up lots of cash later anyway, then fight bull. Would be fun though to glitch getting past bull ,and then come back to it later. (After having offloaded all the coin.)
Don't worry about money, in the endgame or new game +, moneys plays little to no role anymore, because you have massive amounts of it and nothing to buy, because you've already bought everything.
You should fight the headless later, because at that stage of the game, you have a finite number of confettis which you should use for different kind of enemy.
About halfway through the game you will unlock an area were it's very easy to farm lots of confettis in a small amount of time with little effort. Only after that point, you should fight the headless.
Confetti is essential for the headless, because they take little to no damage without this buff.
Some of the upgrade materials can be purchased and others farmed from certain enemies.
You can, I can attest to that.
No, because there is a the door that opens from the other side.
Yep, there's nothing else to upgrade. Plus I have cleaned all merchants out. No merchants so far even sell upgrade materials.
Two more enemies ran in after the fight. I panicked and ran out, because I saw the sculptor's idol. Hope I didn't miss any important loot.
Spent all the coin at the first merchant. Cleaned him out apart from a Dragon Mask Fragment. Need another 5K for that.
