Ok the most simple tip is to have the spear with the thrust and pull back.
So when he attacks like you crazy just perfect block them and i think on the third one he will go for some attack that you will think is blockable but it is then you block it. He should be laying on the grand NOT ATTACKING cause there is one attack he lays on the ground and swips his sword which is blockable. After you do that SPAM YOUR GADGET button like it means it or just press it once for the thrust and again for the retreat for the spear to bring that centipede thing out and deal a F ton of posture dmg, soo first phase save all dem spirit emblems.
