A few notes:
1. There is discussion (no 100% confirmation as of yet) of Moi Rai adding in a crafting materials vendor. We'll see what happens with that.
2. In general, looking at the Crafting Materials page on the wiki can help you plan "where to farm for X" https://monster-sanctuary.fandom.com/wiki/Crafting_Materials
3. A lot of people I know recommend farming for bronze over in the Ancient Woods as the "quickest option", as things such as Druid Oak and Magmamoth drop it, and it has "farming loop" which is semi-convenient.
4. If you weren't aware of this, when you donate monster eggs to the Monster Army at the Keepers' Stronghold, it will give you that monster's common loot. As a result, when the next patch comes up (hopefully later this week), you can donate Shockhopper eggs to get bronze easily.
https://monster-sanctuary.fandom.com/wiki/Shockhopper
As a spoiler Shockhopper will be obtained via a quest NPC which involves trading in Dodo eggs, so, if you have a lot of Dodo eggs on hand, you can trade for Shockhopper, then donate to the Stronghold, and voila, a lot of easy bronze
Hope this helps.
