Ok, I checked, I don't see that name in the ban list.

Perhaps there's some sort of technical issue on your end then. Can you attempt joining from a different system? As in, try joining on your phone, or your PC (whichever you one haven't attempted yet)? Also, if you're trying to join through the app, try joining through your web browser instead (or the other way around).

Note that I had someone else test it, and they were able to join the server.

I tried to join on all devices (mobile phone, web page) but failed, but it was normal for me to join other servers. I don't know why I can't join this one.

According to the screenshot, it doesn't look like the "Join moi rai games" button is greyed out. Have you attempted to press that button?

1.This is when I enter the page

2.Then I clicked Join and "．．．" appeared.

When I press join again, I will go back to the second step and get stuck in a loop.
Maybe it's because I'm not an English player?

Gotcha.

Ok, sadly, my only recommendation would be to check with Discord support. No, your language settings shouldn't be an issue, as we have players from all around the world on the server.
