Light/Dark Shift Unique Monsters

Hello Fellow Keepers!

I just wanted to check and make sure I understood some mechanics before utilizing some of my rare (unique?) catalysts. I need to evolve my Draconov with the Deep/Ice/Dark Stone to complete my Monster Journal, and I just wanted to make sure that I am correct in remembering that I must use these catalysts on an unshifted Draconov to earn the collect 'em all achievement. As a follow-up question, are there shifted versions of these champion monsters? If so, are these catalysts farmable from reward boxes?

Shifted or not doesn't matter, having the monster is all the matters.

There's light and dark versions of every monster.

Follow up question: I just earned an "Infinity Flame" for defeating my Spectral Lion. Is this an item which is unique to starting with the Spectral Lion, or is this the same item you earn for defeating your familiar, regardless of which one you started with?

To be direct, [Infinity Flame] is for all spectrals, there's not multiple versions of it.
