Stuck: Orb with lightning bolt?

My monsters are around lvl 15, i am second tier monster collector guy.
I can't enter the sunstone valley(?) sandy-looking area after blue caves because i can't activate the orb w/lightning bolt on it. What monster can activate this? What is it an electric monster?

Wiki has what you need.

But I can tell you it’s a bit early to go to that area as it has a minimum level of 18. It can be entered from both sides, the Eastern side needing Lightning, Western side needing a certain other quest item to get past “cold water”.

Spoiler for lightning orb Crackle Knight from the Stronghold Dungeon area which is directly East of the Keeper’s Stronghold can do it.

Nahhh, just normal Metroidvania exploration. If you come across an area you can’t go to? Go somewhere else. As simple as that ^_^

Yeah, metroidvania style exploration requires you to look at the map and see which paths you haven't taken yet and make mental notes of certain puzzles for later. Part of the genre.

That said, it would be nice if players had the ability to mark the map for themselves, so they can find their way back to obstacles they couldn't clear the first time.
