Blob Statues & Blob Burg

I have found all 3 blob statues and i tried talking to the Old Buran but he didnt give me anything or like challenge me to a battle

What step of the quest are you on?

Process:

1. See triple Blob statues over in the bottom left of Magma Chamber.

2. You are told to talk to someone who might know something (Buran). Buran challenges you to a duel, he uses a variety of Blobs.

3. You are given a key. Use this key at the three blob statues hidden around the Sanctuary.

4. Once you have this, go back to the triple blob statues in the Magma Chamber — something special will then happen.

and is there a quest that i need to wait for or can i just go in cause im at like the Abandon Tower area and i want to know if i can go to Blob Burg yet

All you need to is what I stated above. If you have access to the necessary areas, you can do it.
