See my guide for details on how scoring is done:

Specifically, on the Execution section:
Though, to make sure you're getting the best you can, you healthiness score is also at 100%? If you'd like to post a screenshot of your scoring screen, you can use https://imgbb.com/ to link images to your post. I had a couple of tries where my healthiness was even at 100% and I sill couldn't score above 10k because of the execution.
Based on the execution description I at least have a hunch of what may be dragging it down in my case. My monster that is responsible for fire damage, its strongest spell is only a 1 hit, so every time Raduga is not weak to fire, I'm forced to use the spell second which doesn't contribute to the combo counter all too much. In my opinion it's a slight flaw in the system that doesn't weigh the monsters' potential (eg. their available skills) vs. what the player does and instead flatly requres you to prefer increasing the combo counter over using higher damage skills.
This essentially means that monsters with 1-2 hit spells have way less utility than monsters with spells that have more hits as the latter can be used to push the combo counter or attack last, while the former can't get any value if not used last.
But I get the gist of how the calculation works now, so I'll try focusing on pushing the combo counter with the first two monsters.
Thanks for the help
Attacks which have less hit count usually deal more damage overall, so they are ideal to finish the turn!
Ah! Guess, I falsely assumed the calculation might think the player is an idiot if he uses spells that an enemy is resistant to on purpose and punish him by lowering the score, so this was something I haven't tried out yet. So that's good to know, thanks!
Ah, so they already do? Then nevermind - it looks like the lack of those skills' utility is already balanced against by higher damage!
Great game, by the way, I hope Team 17 treats you guys fairly! Always good to see fellow lovers of turn-based combat games. Especially liked the detailed descriptions of the monsters - must have been a lot of work. Keep it up and best wishes!
Here are the screenshots of the final scoring:

Succeeded: https://image.prntscr.com/image/BPfMQ-PbQzuQLLuSFKUBUQ.png
Edit: The interesting thing about the comparison is that everything besides the Combat Duration is scored worse on the successful attempt.
Thanks!
