Glad you’re having fun and thinking about your team.

I don't think *any* of my current choices qualify as tanks. For some reason they haven't caught my eye as a whole and I honestly have no idea what criteria I should be looking for.
Sounds like I need to cut 3/6 of my current lineup, at least?
Of the remaining offensive specialists, Monk has been the most versatile and reliable and I would like to keep him unless there's a similar monster that can buff and hit 4/5 of the elements.

Light shift is better, it lets your whole team burn mana and is a passive channel that works on top of channel which it also has so you can pretty much stack 0 mana regen on everything else and always be able to use ults and highest level everything anyway.
