Cross-saves / cross-platform is not available.
Ok thanks, I will back to game pass.
Mhmmm. If you want to know "technically", the saves should be compatible, however, Xbox has their files only on their cloud and aren't accessible to players under normal circumstances. If, theoretically, you had the actual file in-hand, you could attempt putting that into the save directory for the Steam version and see if it worked. If you want to test, you can utilize the free demo on the Steam store page to check.
I checked it but nothing.
Anyway, I would prefer to buy the game instead back to game pass. Is there any deal with the game 10€ at most? That is my cash, I have no more to spend (or its planned soon any offer?). Thank you.
Some third party retailers, like Humble / Fanatical / GmG can have different deals. Worth a look:

Thats a good deal, thanks.
Indeed, cross-platform is not possible. Xbox game pass doesn’t really let their players “touch” the save files in the same way Steam does.
For the Steam version, saves are kept in:
My Documents / My Games / Monster Sanctuary / (Random Numbers)
True. This is of the weak points of the game pass.
