Not gonna lie but I open the games just to unlock the Creeper skin mod

Then I realized I can only unlock a challenge one of the day and I just started the first one

I guess I have to wait for the public release or if someone makes an unofficial one

Why are people so angry about this event, it's just some client-side harmless skin mods anyway

Yes, it doesn't match the AOE, but you know, it's all Microsoft's property now, and of course, the people in charge would want to advertise for their different games, I doubt how much power the Devs have on this decision

I really don't understand why people are getting so upset and angry. They have to be new to the game or steam entirely. There is nothing forced upon you here. You don't want to see the news then unfollow the game and mute it in your news feed. If you don't like the event then don't participate. There aren't any units gfx changed unless you want them to. You can even disable the event themed menu graphics.

Personally don't care much or bothered about this event!

I said the same thing on the other post and got like 3 jester awards by sweaty ass fans lmao. Even though I literally said the event was ok but the amount of announcements for a tiny advertising scheme was a bit excessive.

The desperation devs have to stay relevant is beyond depressing at this point. Can't wait to noose myself in the next 3 years

I'm a bit disappointed because it doesnt have the explosion animation or even the typical creeper sound :/

cool, but, why do mods disable achievements? it's so lame

can you remove the event timer? i started playing again cuz i wanna get those creeper mod but i joined the event a little bit late and the timer prevent me from getting all of the unlockables cosmetics.
