Well, that's a sucky guide, not that I have answer... o.O

And people are free to ask wherever they can. There is no forum police.

Try Reddit or some outside source? Or just experiment with the "AdvancedGenieEditor3.exe" in Tools_Builds...

I haven't tried yet only because I can't be bothered to learn something new at the moment. Lazy...

Well that's best guide you can give to apply every mod. Most mods need different stuff so without specifying it hard to help at all
