Free DLC announcement - where to get it?

According to the in-game announcement, I should be able to get one of three DLC for free with release of Greece. I have the other two, so I was hoping to get the 3rd as mentioned, but the message has no links or information how to claim it. It says to find more info on our support site, but I cant find anything anywhere. Does anyone know?

Did you restart Steam? I didnt have the Chronicles but it re-downloaded after restarting Steam, so maybe it can help you too.

I read that. There's nothing in my DLC tab in the properties page besides the enhanced graphics pack.

Maybe AoE reinstall? However, I doubt it can help.

Try opening the DLC in the store. Maybe you need to activate it from there?

Lacking the dlc's as well, didn't help restarting steam, only got one dlc in the list as well that i owned since before but missing the other two.

Guess they did not send out the dlc's to all previous owners then also they are now listed as NA on steam and only way to get them is rebuying the whole game.

The version of the game i got a pack with this game was "Age of Empires I & II: Definitive Edition Bundle" and checking steamdb the dlc's are not with this collection https://steamdb.info/sub/399167/apps/

Don't own the dlc's either, not listed under dlc's nor does restarting steam however...

Some of the packages at least looking at Steamdb does not include the dlc's looking example at https://steamdb.info/sub/399167/apps/ this is example the version i bought 5 years ago from humble bundle. A lot of more of the cd key versions seems to completely lack the dlc's so this is not the only one.

Ohhhhhh this makes so much sense. But what's weird is that Steam does think I own the DLCs if I look at the support page for the app.

So the issue seems to be with purchasers of the definitive edition bundle. FWIW I have a support ticket open with Steam, but the first reply I got wasn't very helpful, and told me to contact the original third party retailer.

Same for me, no dlcs here, only the Enhanced Graphics pack. I got the game from Green Man Gaming years ago.

Having the same issue, also bought from GMG as part of AOE 1+2 bundle way back.

I'm the same... Bought the Age of Empires Definitive Collection but don't have access to the free DLCs. Have also a ticket with AOE support so will see now that goes..
