Missing DLC

I have install the Dawn of the Dukes on my PC. But I cannot see it in game for one of my account. More about my situation, I brought the game with account A, then shared the game to account B and C with family share. I can see the DLC on account A and C but not B.

Any ideas?

You can check what DLC you have installed in the Steam Client. The DLC you have on your account is also listed below. If you don't see the DLC you are expecting, first double check the version of the game you bought and compare it against this list.

Im having the same issue here with Dawn of the Dukes, could you solve it already ?
