aoe 2 freezes my pc and I have to restart the computer

for about a week now aoe2 has been freezing completely at any moment in the middle of the game and it's not just the game, it literally crashes the pc, I have to turn it off, and it's not because of pc temperatures, I have an rx 5500 xt, 16 gb ram, i5 11400, so I would like to know a solution to this problem, if someone happens to have the same problem, write in this forum so that the developers can give us a solution

Sometimes this can be caused by antiviruses, please check you have an exception for AoE2:DE. Sometimes this can be caused by overlays, like NVidia, discord, etc, please disable them. Sometimes crashes can be caused by unofficial mods, please disable those too. If the issue continues, please let me know.

Hello there. The issue still exists.
I have no hardware/os/driver/antivirus issues. There is also nothing in windows event viewer.
I also tried to play without mods and check game files on steam.
The game still freezes my pc. I can speak in discord, use global media keys and listen to music or video, but both of my screens just freeze and I cant close the game or open the taskmgr. So I have to hard reset my pc.
The freeze seems to occur more often when I'm on tech screen or watching endgame score.

After 80% of my ranked matches conclude, I check the stats and my PC freezes. I can move my mouse, I can hear my friends on discord too. But I cant click or ctrl+alt+del or anything. I have to force shutdown/restart my PC every time.

I sent a report to devs, which hace been "accepted". You can do this too and may be little indie microsoft company will react to this problem. https://support.ageofempires.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Meanhile, dont alt+tab and close match results and tech tree as soon as possible
