Having said that. You can create an NTFS partition on your hard drive for Windows 10, maybe around 50 GB minimum if the only purpose of it will be to play AoE2 DE. You won't be able to change that number so make sure you get it right the first time and account for what the future might hold. Below I linked you to a guide on how to do this. I also wish you the best of luck on getting it to work. Just a warning on what you're about to do is that it shouldn't be performed by someone with little to no computer know-how. Not because you're risking breaking your computer or anything, but because it isn't exactly a process you can do in under 20 minutes.
Once you've got windows 10 installed, it should be smooth sailing from there. Download and install steam, log in and download the game.
