Red clock next to name

I have this weird bug when I play 1vs1, and it is a bug. I play 10 games normally and then suddenly one game lags like hell, I've checked my internet connection and it's fine, I'll list my specs after the post (my pc runs the game fine), it just happens randomly every day. Any tips?

PC specs are:
i5 8400@2.8; 16 GB DDR4 RAM; GTX 1060 6GB VRAM

-Sounds like possibly an extra process is running every once in a while?

Not really, no, I had v-sync on though which I turned off and I haven't seen the clock since. We'll se if it persists.
