Multiplayer problem. Aways getting disconnected after 4-5 minutes.

I tried 3 games in that match making system, in every single one of them the game randomly disconnects with 5 minutes playing, (now I have 3 defeats, lel)

And yes, my connection is working perfectly fine, I don't even get the usual "only steam client random disconnect", so what can I do? (if there is anything I can do).

I'm really disheartened, I hyped this game way too much believing I would finally be able to play it online (because p2p was terrible on hd, and they said we would have servers on de...)

EDIT1: I noticed that i can't get in the lobby anymore every time that happens (That "trying to connect" message).
I need to restart the game so I can enter the lobby again (just so I wait 5 minutes in the queve to be able to play for 5 minutes before I get kicked by the server xD)

EDIT2: Yes, I tested on the new patches, still nothing changed. I am 0/8 on the ranked ladder. Glorious xD

EDIT3: Yes, I tested most "fixes" in the book. Connecting the pc directly in the cable, changing routers, disabling firewall/antivirus, QoS/etc router settings, etc. Absolutely no change, aways getting kicked out of the game on 4-5 minutes mark :c

EDIT4: I actually managed to finish a match by using a free vpn, and for now that seems to be the only known temporary workaround for that issue (Worked for me, I don't know about everyone else...)

ISP: Comcast, USA

I know this will be redundant for some of you, but I would like to ensure that I have as much (and as accurate) information as possible so we can try to trace a pattern. As of now, the issue seems to be related to the routers people are using—particularly since most people who have “upgraded” to a new router have reported that it fixed the issue.

Thank you for your ongoing assistance in working through this problem; I know it is frustrating, and can assure you that we are doing everything we can to reliably reproduce and diagnose the issue internally. The sooner you can get me this information, the easier it will be for me to compile it for our engineers.

Pretty sure will take long time to fix our connection problem. Yesterday a Microsoft employee answerd in the Age2DE Forum to the topic "Will devs ever respond?" that this month (--> Dec) will come the next patch ... ... so porbably this will take couple of weeks until next patch, and if this then will fix MP connection issue .... dont think so, to much other stuff going on like all that people complaining about game crashes.
At least they have added it somehow in the knows issues ... they extended the issue headline of "Trouble Signing In to Multiplayer Servers" to "Trouble Signing In or staying connected to Multiplayer Servers" .... dont know what to think about that ... .... ... no Age2DE for me and my friends this year it looks like :'(

I may have a fix for Windows 10 users having this issue.

You have to modify the DNS server. Here is how in 7 steps:

1. Type "Control Panel" in the search box on your WIndows 10 taskbar.
2. Select "Network and Sharing Center".
3. Select "Change adapter settings" on the left side of the window.
4. Right-click on the internet connection you're using and select "Properties".
5. Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" (also make sur it's checked) and click "Properties".
6. Click "Use the following DNS server adresses:" in the bottom half of the window.
7. Enter these numbers and click "OK" when you're done.
Prefered DNS servers: 8 . 8 . 8 . 8
Alternate DNS servers: 8 . 8 . 4 . 4

It worked for a friend who was always disconnecting mid-game when we played together. Next game we played it was all fine at last!

Not only will it fix this issue but it's suppose to boost your internet connection.
