Multiplayer problem. Aways getting disconnected after 4-5 minutes.
I tried 3 games in that match making system, in every single one of them the game randomly disconnects with 5 minutes playing, (now I have 3 defeats, lel)

And yes, my connection is working perfectly fine, I don't even get the usual "only steam client random disconnect", so what can I do? (if there is anything I can do).

I'm really disheartened, I hyped this game way too much believing I would finally be able to play it online (because p2p was terrible on hd, and they said we would have servers on de...)

EDIT1: I noticed that i can't get in the lobby anymore every time that happens (That "trying to connect" message).
I need to restart the game so I can enter the lobby again (just so I wait 5 minutes in the queve to be able to play for 5 minutes before I get kicked by the server xD)

EDIT2: Yes, I tested on the new patches, still nothing changed. I am 0/8 on the ranked ladder. Glorious xD

EDIT3: Yes, I tested most "fixes" in the book. Connecting the pc directly in the cable, changing routers, disabling firewall/antivirus, QoS/etc router settings, etc. Absolutely no change, aways getting kicked out of the game on 4-5 minutes mark :c

EDIT4: I actually managed to finish a match by using a free vpn, and for now that seems to be the only known temporary workaround for that issue (Worked for me, I don't know about everyone else...)

The sooner you can get me this information, the easier it will be for me to compile it for our engineers.

Any error message text (if any): "You have been disconnected from the network. Please check your connection and try again".

What Network Hardware are you using?: Netgear Nighthawk router connected through ethernet to a B450M Mortar MAX motherboard.

What ISP do you use?: NTE broadband (Norway)

In what region are you connecting to the game? Europe. Tried multiplayer games on servers from all regions, same problem on every one.

Are you using a VPN?: No.

Any other information about your networking that might help the team...: I checked the uptime for my internet connection when disconnecting. My connection never dropped.

I get the disconnected from network, check your connection message. Realtek 8821ae wireless lan 802.11ac pci-e nic. Router is from extreme model # ubc1301
My comp processor info: AMD A10-7800 radeon r7 12 compute cores 4c+8g 3.5 ghz 64 bit operating system. Not using a vpn. Using lan cable straight to the router. Crashes on wifi too. I play ranked games, score is 1025. But ive tried to connecting to different regions and still get kicked. Mother board is intelcore i7 4790. Hope i answered your questions

Same problem here, always disconnect after 5min with my friend.
We both have i7/i5, gtx1070, 16ram, windows10, more than the space needed...

It's getting boring, never could play with my friend since the game launched. We have to play on the old one even if we purchased the new 2month ago.

Ping test are 19 and 22ms, not a single problem with every other games/app/anything.
no vpn from both sides, we're in Belgium on european server.

Both via Wifi with VOO
"You have been disconnected from the network. Please check your connection and try again."

Multiplayer issues here also. Could play 3 games, then 3 games in a row crashed after 5-7m:
* Error "You have been disconnected from the network. Please check your connection and try again"
* Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9260 ... connected wia wifi
* NVDIA GeForce GTX 970, i5-4690K @ 3,50GHz, 16GB RAM, Window 10 Pro
* Located in Austria, Europe
* No VPN
* ISP = A1

Error description:
* Games plays normal until certain point
* ~5s laggy, freeze for 60s
* super fast speed that shows what happened in the last 60
* freeze
* Windows notification of "the program is not responding" pops up...

I need help. Game disconnects way to much...cant even play
Ive tried many things. Wifi vs lan connection. Updating drivers....disabling drivers. Even had mediacom come look at the internet. Changed the computer to performance and game mode. Tried with and without the HD dlc...im scored at 1025 for ranked matches. Doesnt matter if its 1v1 or 4v4. Running at minimum requirements.
My computer is a lenovo h50-50 with 2tb hd. Amd A10-7800
Radeon 7
3.5ghz
12gb ram
64bit operating system
X64 based processor
Not using vpn

Alright, I was in the same situation (5min DC) but the games did not disconnect when I was playing at my parents or at work. So smth was definitely wrong either with my ISP or with my modem. But it was not my computer’s fault.

I could solve the issue by asking my ISP to modify my IP WAN adress. It needs to be a public one but I had a private one (beginning with 10.xxx). This is because IPv4 are almost saturated so ISPare greedy and give you crappy ones by default. Such private IP are also a cause of home connected devices to not work at all.

Devs......what the heck? You gonna fix this or what? I started discussions in other threads and you block them from further comments when i ask for help. You tell me to add a thread here as if you were personally gonna help with these issues im having. But as i figured......no results. You claim the issues are the computers we are using when this is the only game we have iasues on. Just put the people who are having issues to the side...what does it matter anyways? You got our money and thats all you wanted.

Same Here since the release. pre-purchased the game still cant finish a multiplayer game vs people or just AI, tried a lot of things.

I agree..... I have almost 100 hours and most of it went towards disconnecting games. Think my win loss ratio is 8 and 82? Thats alot of disconnects. I think your right. They must have a working game they play on.....just keep saying its our pc.....disable and update these and your fine. Guess what....aoe3 and aoe4 will be coming out soon. Wonder how bad that will be. Im gonna be really upset if i buy a new pc and still have issues
