Incorrect saved game date & time

Save game files time display (in game) seem to show UTC instead of local time. This happens for every save game, the saves before the new update and those after the update.

The problem is not related with the windows sync because it is updated and the files are ordered by date and name correctly, as seen in this video:

So I saved at 19:01h and Windows shows it correctly, but INSIDE the game is at 17:01h
