Jaguar Warriors are broken for game balance.
According to the tool tips from the devs: Jaguar Warriors are "Exceptionally strong against infantry and weak to cavalry and ranged units."

However this is 100% false. Jaguar Warriors are the single most powerful unit in the game and obliterate all units except for niche examples like an Elite Cataphract with Logistica.

Jaguars are better against mounted units than Halbs and Pikes and there is zero reason to make pikes or even research it as the Aztecs now.

Pikes/Halbs are exceptionally strong against mounted units but struggle against foot-ranged units and infantry.

The Jaguar Warrior at 15 and 19 base attack has the highest attack value in the game for any non-siege unit. Jaguar Warriors can get 17 base attack in Castle Age and 27 base attack when fully upgraded. The previous high water mark of Teutonic Knight with 17 +4 attack is surpassed. And Teutonic Knights are extremely slow.

Jaguar Warriors are exceptional fast, cheaper than Teutonic Knights and counter the same units, infantry and cavalry.

If a Teutonic Knight and Jaguar Warrior are fully upgraded it is a roll of the dice to determine who wins in a 1v1 fight. If the Jaguar Warrior has any attack from +9 to +12 it wins against Teutonic Knights in equal numbers.

I understand wanting to buff Jaguar Warriors and infantry in general but this unit is broken and I think Aztecs should be removed from ranked until this is addressed.

If the stats are unwilling to be changed by the devs at least hot fix the cost of Jaguar Warriors to be 80 Food and 60 Gold.

Agreed. Jaguars are by far the most broken unit in the game right now. They are tanky against all other units including archers and cav and they just snowball the longer they kill stuff. Most broken unit in the game right now by far and it's not even close. It's crazy that most of us knew this was going to be the case from just looking at the patch notes but Forgotten Empires somehow couldn't tell 11

Microsoft need to fire a bunch of the devs who clearly don't play the game and hire some people who actually play it. Can't be having devs who don't understand their own game.
