if u capture all enemy buildings before it resignes, i doesnt surrender and so you have to delete the buildings and then he is defeated...fix this so capture is like destroy.

The green doesn't surrender, and i destroyed all of them.

Maybe they have some random unit somewhere in the map. Save, use the "marco" and "polo" cheats to find it, quit (otherwise you won't get the medal nor the campaign achievement), load the game again and kill that unit.
